LG always had crazy experiments and inovations here and there, like LG Wing and the special case for LG G8 that serves as a secondary screen.
I still remember those Motorola with MotoSnaps, all of them freaking expensive and difficult to find. The power pack with extra battery, JBL stereo speakers, 360º projector, polaroid picture printer and the Hasselblad True Zoom!
Most brands nowadays are just doing the very same everytime, fooling customers into thinking they are innovating when in fact they are just giving a new name to an older phone, cutting specs here and there to make it fit in another category. Samsung does that with its A and M series.

Damn! It has quad 50mp camera and flagship sensor camera.
Hopefully won't price more than 600$.
This is a huge upgrade over camon 20 premier.

Well... At least they are doing more updates than Motorola in most cases.

Camon 30 Premier version has Corning Gorilla Glass, but I doubt it will have microSD slot. Tecno probably will do the same they did with Camon 20 Premier making the phone with only a single variant with 512GB internal storage as option.
I also hope they make 4k@60fps video recording available, since D8200 Ultra can easily handle.

Its a shame project ara never took off, would be the perfect solution to the phone industry now. People didnt want it though and the LG g5 with its semi modular design didnt work out either.
Nice to see companies like tecno still trying some new things.

It's nice to have FM radio. I wish it had a 3.5mm jack. I use real hifi headphones.

Tecno took this series very seriously, if they turn out to have greater availability I may throw away my Xiaomi this year.
It looks very promising.
For my part, I would add good protection against falls (Gorilla Class 5 and close) or some variant like the Kunlun glass from Honor, and a space for microSD with dual SIM
An minimal IP53 protection
If I could record in 4K at 60fps even better.
They could certify it for Dolby Atmos
and add a bypass charge
It's a lot to ask but if so it would be very complete
but it's worth dreaming.

The price will determine if the phone is good or bad, but in the Paper.... Amazing , every thing are good

Most people - even those who complain for free - barely notices any real/relevant difference between Qualcomm and Mediatek. I'm sure that in a blind test, most of them would miss which chipset they are using.

Its funny how some people in comment section, be on GSM Arena or any other tech place, keeps bashing Tecno and Infinix for this or that, when they are two of the few brands that are honestly trying to do something new.
Maybe these people "criticism" it's due to their uncontrollable fanaticism with certain more known brands that keeps doing the same phones and flagship phones with little to no real upgrades for twice the price.
Tecno and Infinix sometimes reminds me when phone brands had creativity as their north and created crazy inventions and techs that ended not being used at that time because people though they were too weird and nowadays, they all make sense.
