I can't complain much about the phone as it has served me for the last 7 years. The only problem with the phone is it's storage, otherwise it has been superb.

I've been using my Tecno Camon cx for 7yr. The battery have degraded so much that it only last for 2 hrs and sometimes it would suddenly go from 70%+ to 0% , it would take like 2+hrs to charge, It also heats up very very much but the camera is still passable even it's been 7yrs. I'm planning to buy a new Tecno Camon or Pova , I'm having a hard time choosing Tecno Camon 20 pro 5g or Pova 5 pro 5g

Anonymous, 19 Jul 2022The battery does not last long...... Your battery had died, and either you have to change it or buy a new phone. That phone generates a lot of heat which caused the battery to die prematurely and battery saver on older android was useless, no dark mode, I owned a redmi note 3 , I think it's from the same year, phone looks premium but not so premium when it comes to heat dissipation. 28 nm processors are known to heat faster and it was common 5 yes ago

PU, 03 Apr 2021My battery doesn't last at all The phone gets hot easilyThere's a reason why metallic back covers are not on phones anymore, look premium perhaps, it doesn't stop heat build up in the phone. Plastic is cheap but a far superior material.

This is by far one of the BEST techno phones ever released i wasnt expecting much from it the time i bought it but it has amazed me in every way 👍
NB => DONT PLAY CODM OR MK11 WITH THIS PHONE TRUST ME IT WILL BURN YOUR HANDS 😂LITTERALLY

Its was my first Tecno phone, and it was just amaizing, i loved everything about it from Camera, Memory and processing speed
Unfortunately it broke down the screen and rather on damaged the Charging Sytem after a power faulty thats my locals technician described to have as well damaged the Mother Boards
All in all i still have it, I didnt throw in into my dustbin coz it hurts alot to lose it😢💞

Mine have stayed 4years til date and I'm yet to see another better camon to buy

I have been using this phone since 2017 till date and I must say it's the best mobile phone I have ever used unfortunately the battery connector was damaged by a repairer I asked just to repair the power...
I'm yet to see another tecno that will look like it so that I can buy, camon 16 did not give me enough features I want
