I am based in Nigeria and the experience is probably worse here. i bought a tecno camon cx in 2017 and know 6 other people who bought same phone as well. within the next year, all our phones developed one screen problem or the other. when we got to carlcare we were charged almost half the cost of purchasing the phone. I confirmed this when i asked the others about their various experiences in carlcare. The irony is , chinese companies cant try this rubbish in more civilized countries. matter of fact, they are'nt even allowed a chance to compete in certain markets so they dont bring their "cheating" business tactics and contaminate sincere and trustworthy market structures... But this is africa [the 5th world] ................where anything goes.

        I am from Dar es Salaam Tanzania. I wish to say that TECNO smartphones are all bogus. TECNO are manufacturing sub standard phones so that they can easily fool customers especially from Africa. On 17th November 2017 I bought a brand new TECNO Camon CX smartphone at around 200USD. By February 2019 (i.e. after just 15 months) the phone has jumped from fast charging to no charging at all! You may continue to charge the smartphone overnight, yet you will get only 2 to 3 % of charge. I reported this matter to CarlCare offices in Dar es Salaam only to told that the motherboard had failed and that it needed to be replaced at 75USD! This issue has also been reported via email to Nairobi (supposedly East Africa Headquarters) CarlCare offices. But no response to date. Incidentally I have Samsung and Huawei smartphones which are more than 3 years old yet they are still serviceable up to today. Unless TECNO offers to undertake such repairs at their on cost I would strongly advise all customers from Africa not to buy TECNO phones. Alternatively TECNO should change their warranty period from 12+1 months to 24 months like Samsung.

            i bought techno camon cx phone before one year but the day before yesturday it was inserted in water fully, then the flash did not work and i was trying to reset factory mode but it says "no command", what is the solution..???

                Not an expert in tech, but my experience is that the phone sucks in poor network areas. I've had dropped calls, poor voice quality, internet doesn't connect at all... I don't have that many issues with other hardware features for the price I paid for it, but the network problem has me wishing I got my Samsung back (especially when I'm in weak signal areas). My friends would be watching YouTube videos on their Samsung phones while I'm struggling to load Google's home page

                        The display is a disaster I wish I. Ever bought it....I miss my Samsung

                          I really love this fone. Good battery . Super excellent camera (main). I however don't understand why sefie camera is not as sharp as the main camera whereas they are both 16 megapixels. 4G is superfast. Same with download speed. Overall, THUMBS UP!!!! for Tecno Canon CX. I be really fallen in love with this device of mine. From Nokia, LG, Samsung Galaxy, I've settled on Tecno.
