Tecno Megapad 11 announced with 90Hz display and MediaTek G99 SoC

The Tecno Megapad 11 is now official and comes as a more powerful alternative to the vanilla Megapad announced in October. The Megapad 11 is an 11-inch budget-oriented slate.

The device is built around an 11-inch IPS LCD panel with a 90Hz refresh rate and 1200 x 1920px resolution - a standard 16:10 aspect ratio. The Megapad 11 also employs a MediaTek G99 chipset paired with either 8GB/128GB or 8GB/256GB memory. Storage is expandable via a microSD card slot.

An 8,000 mAh battery keeps the lights on, supporting up to 18W of fast charging.

The tablet has a pair of cameras on board - 13MP on the back and 8MP on the front for video calls.

Other notable features include a quad-speaker setup with Dolby Atmos tuning and a metallic chassis.
