Why I will stop using the Tecno line of phones. They never give you an update to a next version of Android so you get stuck with what came with the phone. Phantom 9 got released in 2019 with good specs but still has android 9. That's a shame

My phantom 9 just developed issue just started recently.
I get to see missed calls without my phone ringing, And it tells the caller number busy, while my phone is idle just staring at me.
I be done all the you tube suggestions, aisde factory reset.I don't want to do a factory reset.
Pls I need a solution.
