But only when it comes to this phone, it most likely came out of the same factory as the Huawei Mate XS. Check ben's gadget reviews, he made a video about it.
It's not at all confirmed, but let's just say it's truly the same shell as the Mate XS.. is that really a bad thing? It's half the price of that phone and looks completely different. The only things that might be borrowed from the other phone are very much just needed for a foldable.

A very nice phone indeed I guess they decided to fix all the issues on the phantom x2 pro and implement it on this phone except for the software

Wow, this actually looks pretty great. And it comes with a crazy affordable price tag! Great job Tecno.
Apart from the very iffy software, this looks great. Hopefully no other problems pop up down the line.
