Please my Tecno pova 3 just went off and came on again just showing Tecno as if it's booting for over 6hours now. Nothing happened to it. It didn't fall down neither did the screen break. I bought this phone February 2022. Please assist me on what to do?

bought this week ago as per my preference of big massive battery, works great, i used it mainly for my hotspot source, and it doesn't fail me. around 2 hours charging time from 0 to 100% is amazing, other than big battery , all features are below average, so if you prefer for huge battery, this phone is for you..

If you are a moderate user als... more5 to 6 hours and still left about 30% is pretty good given you use it a lot, try another phone with 5k or 6k batt and pova 3 still beats them for battery endurance. i use gps a lot for 6 hours and battery is still 40%, is pretty much good already no need charging.

Battery backup is not good . If you are a moderate user also then the battery will drain from 100% to 30/40% within 5-6 hours of use. May be this is due to big screen, which consumes lots of battery. Better go for samsung or Motorola or any other branded company phone.
