That's absolutely your fault! Clowns? A lot of users from this phone is enjoying it and because you broke yours, you're gathering sympathy from anyone to join your pain that you made yourself. Mine's 4 months and as a casual user it's totally doing fine. What? Do you think it'll perform like atleast samsung a73? Check the price for god's sake! You found a device with pova 3's price but performs a lot better? Then why buy this in the 1st place? Check yourself!

For all the know-it-all clowns calling me a liar in here, put a 512gb sd card in that phone and fill it past the ~280gb mark, restart the phone, and come back here and cackle. We'll see who has the last laugh.

The only cons we see on the phone is its brightness that is not that super bright, the rest is amazing, performance to camera, light gaming and social media! You're expecting too much from a budget phone!

Everything is good in this phone battery performance processor cameras everything is good and i very like this phone and the only one problem i see in this phone the sound quality is not good if someone send you voice message then can not hear clearly sounds is very noicy and DTS sounds also not working good if we play music and videos by AUX cable and Bluetooth DTS sounds make changes in sound and song voice

Alright. After a few days of intense use, I can only pass on this verdict: do NOT buy this shit. Bugged to the hilt, it contains many bad surprises, on top of the SD thing that just doesn't work properly. The mind boggles. It's abysmally bad, even for its price. Even for just a low price device, you'd expect a phone to at least WORK. This thing here doesn't. From interrupted calls to poor wifi range to an SD card that cannot be used properly, the list goes on. And on. Performance in everyday tasks is also subpar, it lags a lot. Even for a Helios chip. Plus it does heat up. Don't think smartphone here, think sillyphone.
Give this garbage a hard pass, you'll be glad you did.

GadgetEmpireID, 10 Jul 2022Its a dedicated slot behind the two simcard tray...and about that, it's buggy as f***. Shutting down or rebooting the phone WITHOUT prior ejecting of the SD card via the storage options will ruin it, and render it unusable; you'll have to format it again. This is a major, major bug. I don't suppose Tecno will ever care to address it, and so the phone goes back directly where it came from. There's a reason it's so cheap...
