I am Using Tecno Pova Neo for almost 2 years now and The Lag is acting up now,Google App sometimes just Crash whenever I use it unlike then which only Reloads the Website and The Charging Port always have issues I always buy some new Chargers and it doesn't last long.The Battery life is now acting up it doesn't charge fast anymore even though I just bought a new charger, It Even took me 14 damn Hours! To fully Charge the phone now I'm hoping the problem will be fixed after I change it's Battery. My Opinion don't buy the Phone it is not Worth it

The phone is very bad in maintenance, the charging port doesn't last a year and to charging port issue is persistent.

I have been using the Tecno Pova Neo for a year now, and the lag is already starting to catch up. Though I do have a problem setting up/rebooting the SD Card, I put in a 128GB Card and accidentally clicked on an option I didn't get to read, now everytime I store photos and videos there sometimes the SD Card stops working and basically deletes all the info of my pictures, making it not viewable and destroying a year worth of pictures. Anybody knows how to fix this?

Ikechukwu David, 17 Oct 2023The best thing for you to do is for you to just take it to ... moreAt Carlcare they said it's battery but after testing a new battery the issue persisted, they flashed it but still it kept restarting. They worked on the charging IC but yet no positive results. They didn't tell me what they eventually did to make it become normal but I lost all of my files. Now the phone is having charging issues, I am just tired it would have been better to have a Samsung and have peace.

I bought the pova neo in the month of March and last night it i wanted to restart it to fix issues (when i minimize it doesn't show the apps), but it just keeps restarting. Sometimes it will not restart until i unlock the phone. Once i input my sim pin and the phone unlock pattern it will restart again and again. I had to press volume up and down keys along with power key to shut it down. Have tried to start it up but the same issue so i just shut it down for now. Please what should i do?
