This is the one fact about Tecno Neo POva. It's original charger charges the phone fully in 30 minutes. Nightmares start when you lose it because nowadays most cables are universal cables and Neo Pova charging power exceeds them thus slow charging.

You wanna talk about a phone? Talk about Neo Pova. I got mine on January 17th, 2019 and now, the battery is still in great condition, the resolution is awesome and the developers' option, is totally beautiful. Its camera is the best and woah! Have you seen the screen size??
Despite being choosy with chargers, it has a 6000 MaH battery that makes you forget how to charge. And as of yesterday, I heard that it's running out of stock....so hurry and get yours now to enjoy what I'm experiencing
POV: I am just a regular Tecno user who has used 4 different Tecno phones; spark4, spark5, spark 7, and Tecno Neo Pova. Thank me later

I want to know what makes the phone different from tecno pova 1, probably the processor, just hope this one dosen't have the unnecessary charging port problem since its not type c

Never buy a Infinix of Tecno phones with Micro-USB, just go straight buying a Type C charging ports.

Guyz You should never bought a Infinix or Tecno Phones in Micro-USB, Always search for Usb type C in 2023, I had a tecno phone in type c and i haven't experienced any charging issues

I have been using pova neo for 8months
And the worse thing is 18watt charing but it can't even charge normally it's charges very slow so annoying
TECNO scammed us.

I mean, that fast? It is probably a gimmick of tecno so that we would buy their newest phone. Who knows what will happen in the next few months.

I trued again buying the original 2 pcs but didn't work. I'm thinking of bringing it to technician to know what's wrong. It's good to know that I am not the only one experiencing this, so I know now it's not my fault.

The cable wire of my tecno pova neo won't charge my phone anymore. I used a different cable and it works but the original one won't work anymore. The charger brick works fine tho. Any solution to this guys?
