Anonymous, 08 Dec 2022Yeah I have updated it. Still doing the same thing You may need to restore factory settings. Mine stopped restarting after I updated but the ringtone kept returning to defaults and my media card was always formatting. I just did a factory reset and it has been a smooth ride since then.

I don't knw why som criticize dis phone mayb dey got a fake one bcoz my phone (pova neo) is a good phone, strong battery, fast charge, clear camera, fast speed wen operating, everything abt it is perfect for me nd buy it at 95k
Nd I really enjoy it,, so don't compared it to 5000mah at all

Hi guys, I've been using this phone for 7 months now and I've been experiencing some battery issues. I remember that before sleeping, my Pova Neo has 42% and after waking up, it was completely drained (0%). I turned off all of the apps, also restricted some apps to make sure nothing is running in the background, turned down some notifications, and also turned on battery saver and power booster to optimize my battery as long as possible, but the outcome is still the same. May I know if I am doing something wrong? Or am I missing a step to make sure that my phone is optimized? Please reply if you know any steps to take to fix this as I feel that I am missing some steps to take.

Even Tecno camon with 50mp camera can't beat this 13mp of pova neo

Tecno pova neo is an awesome device. I'm using it presently. The battery 🔋 is wonderful, good speed while operating. Very clear camera,both front and back camera re very clear.
If Tecno camon with 50mp camera i used,is not better than this 13mp camera of Tecno pova neo.
I wondered why some people criticize this phone.maybe the got the fake one. I love Tecno pova neo. I bought it in Barnet plaza, Abuja at the rate of 88k.
Last month. The price kept increasing due to the rise in price of dollar.

It's a really good phone.. been using it for close to 11 months now and it's still good.. It has a really good battery which last almost a whole day
But I don't recommend it for heavy games. Helio G25 is just too bad for a phone of 2021 model and of that price
And sometimes it freezes, then it restarts by itself
