My friend have the Spark 20 it lags and freezes occasionally my Itel P40 runs smoothly on Games than his Spark 20 his Spark 20 can't play DLS 2024 smoothly it lags like hell pls what could be the issue any Solution

This phone heats up more than a microwave. Do you know the worst part?? It does this when on idle mood and I am not even using it or running any app. 100% truth. If anyone has any solutions to this then tell me. I repeat, on idle mood.

My camera is not good. When i ask phone info apps, it's only 12MP and the front camera is 8MP.
