Before three months i bought this mobile in starting this mobile was working good and now i put it inside the flame because this mobile is full of problems it is a very cheap in wifi i really loss my money because purchased this dirty mobile

It is a very good device, I bought it 2 weeks ago, and it is working perfectly!!! No issues!!!

I have been using this device about 2 months there are some issues of wifi connectivity
If one wifi is connected this device does not show other connection untill re open wifi setting
Secondly this device is running android 14 which is not latest version
Third it doesn't give security pactch update from last three months

I recently purchased this mobile device, and on the very first day, I encountered three major issues:
Wi-Fi Connectivity: The device struggles to maintain a strong Wi-Fi connection. It frequently disconnects, and when it reconnects, the signal is extremely weak, similar to a 2G network.
Sensor Malfunction: The sensor does not function properly. It randomly activates, causing the screen to turn off whenever I listen to WhatsApp voice messages, even when the device is not near my face. I've tried removing the screen protector and case, as well as cleaning the screen, but the issue persists.
Screen Activation: The screen turns on automatically while in my pocket, leading to the dialer and emergency information being activated.
These problems have been incredibly frustrating, and I'm very disappointed with this device."

In addition to the problem you've mentioned, my phone also has difficulties with Wi-Fi signals. Sometimes, when the Wi-Fi signal is weak, my phone automatically disconnects and, when it reconnects, the connection speed drops significantly, behaving as if it were on a 2G network.

I purchased this mobile now and the same day of purchased it has a 3 major issues
No. 1 problem this mobile can't catch wifi signals strongly it is automatically disconnect the wifi and catch very slow signals like a 2G network.
No. 2 problem is the sensor is not working at the time it is work any time when i listening the WhatsApp voice messages then sensor automatic on and my mobile screen go turned off any time in every voice i hear even the mobile far from my face and also i removed protector and case and clean the screen after that results was same 😮💨
No. 3 the screen automatically turned on in the pocket and turn on dialer and emergency information.
I hate this mobile because these 3 big problems 😕

Just got the tecno spark 20 Pro Plus like a month ago here in Kenya for about $212. I'm really impressed by its masterpiece design that incorporates a curved AMOLED screen. The 5,000 milliampere's battery is superb easily lasts 1 1/2 Days on moderate usage. It has exceptional storage of 256 GB that provides more than adequate space for photos and videos. Loving the performance gaming and daily use. Never struggled with the phone hanging. For such a budget I could not ask for more and Techno are doing a great job!!!

Mine is Android version 13 and the update is not yet out. What version is this phone actually, is it 13 or 14 bcus it looks like I bought a fake spark 20 pro plus.
