my spark 5 air shows that charging but the battery does not add up or not charge at all even if i leave it on charge for the whole day

My phone no longer vibrate when call is answered and it does when I bought it less than two weeks now.I have tried all I could but not working.D disgusting thing is that my spark 5 air doesn't have where to enable it except only vibrate on incoming calls.Pls help me.... Thanks

My Tecno spark 5 air has a problem of touching bought the phone last months but already it has a problem of touching an the battery take 15 hour's to charge..love the design guy's but the phone really sucks

Charging time problem solved!!!
The Tecno spark 5 air charges slow because it has a large battery. I improved the charger time by about 3x faster. All you need is a thicker USB cable. Use the same brick and a fatter USB cable, not the one that came with the phone. I sometimes get 55-70% in one hour. We all know that is fast for a phone that usually takes 6 or More hours to charge.
