Files and folders actually save but you don't get to see them. That's how android 11 works but you could download ES Explorer File manager and with it you can see after files in Android>>Data (folder) after you've granted the app access. Good luck!

The phone is great generally for the price.
Please don't expect a Camon 17 when you want to purchase a spark device.
It's great that's all I can add to it.

Tecno Spark 7 sound is absolutely a waste. It's not only purely monochrome, but very low as well. Specially audio speaker sound which is a basic need of a phone.
Rest of the features seems good.
