Since I bought this phone, I haven't been able to update the software. I use the 32GB type. When I start the update, it starts and stops at the optimization part. I don't know what could be wrong.

My 32Gb storage is always full such that I need more space to install apps. How can you move installed apps to external storage? Otherwise, I have no other issues with this phone.
