The Motorola Razr 40 series is coming to India on July 3
Motorola India teased the arrival of the Razr 40 series at the beginning of this month, but it’s only now that the company revealed the exact date – July 3, ten days from now and a month after the teaser.
Motorola’s local branch has updated the pages for both the Razr 40 and Razr 40 Ultra to list the launch date. There’s no pre-order yet, so we don’t know the prices for the two foldables (those were never announced). You can register your email for updates, though.

There’s also a landing page on Amazon. No prices here either. For reference, the 2020 Razr 5G was ₹125,000. However, that one was a whopping $1,400 in the US while the Razr 40 Ultra is only $1,000, so the 2023 model should be cheaper. Of course, the vanilla Razr 40 should be even cheaper.
The Motorola Razr 40 Ultra is already available in some regions that the Razr 40 is yet to reach. One Czech retailer lists July 21 as the shipping date for the vanilla model.

You are missing the point here. You are not their target audience anyways.

I'd only buy ultra for 55k max. Otherwise edge 30 is better choice. Their update policy sucks. Would rather go for zenfone or hypephone (nothing).
