This is the Motorola Edge 60 Pro
Motorola is launching the first member of its Edge 60 series, the Edge 60 Fusion, in just a few hours. While this is the first Edge 60 device we're getting, it's far from the last, as the Edge 60 and Edge 60 Pro are also expected to arrive later this year.
Today the Edge 60 Pro has been spotted in a couple of live images that look like they were captured during a certification process of some sort - possibly at the FCC.

The Edge 60 Pro has a curved-side display as you can see, and a fake leather back in this gray/black colorway. The Pro will also be offered in purple, blue, and green, according to a previous leak which also told us its pricing in the EU with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage: €600. With 12GB of RAM and 512GB of storage, it will apparently go for €650.
The phone has three cameras on the rear as you can see. A Geekbench AI run revealed the fact that it will also have a version with 12GB of RAM, and will run Android 15 from day one. The Edge 60 Pro will be powered by MediaTek's Dimensity 8350 SoC. According to TUV and Dekra certifications, it has a 5,100 mAh battery with support for 68W fast wired charging.

The thing is that Edge 40 Pro was the flagman in the 40 series. You should compare the edge 40 Pro to the upcoming edge 60 Ultra.

Crazy that it still has an inferior processor compared to edge 40 pro. What is motorola thinking?
