T-Mobile promises Oreo updates for LG's G5, G6, V20, V30, and V30+
LG definitely isn't known to be the fastest at issuing software updates for its smartphones, including the newest models. It's an even bigger issue with its older handsets, but here's some good news on that front.
In the USA, T-Mobile says it's working with LG to create and release updates to Android Oreo for the G5, G6, V20, V30, and V30+. This information currently resides on the software support pages for the aforementioned models on its website. The exact wording is "T-Mobile and the device manufacturer have agreed to support a new software update". The current phase of this project is "Manufacturer Development: Version 8.0 Oreo" for all of the phones mentioned above.
Unfortunately the magenta carrier hasn't outed any kind of timeline for these updates, so it's anyone's guess when they may finally become available. Whenever that happens, don't expect all of the handsets to taste Oreo at the same time - we assume the V30 and V30+ are first in line, followed by the G6.

Lol No when it comes to updates OPPO is the worst . Even flagship devices get only 1 update in their life ! LG may not be great but they certainly aren't the worst
