They should have put a 12MP camera with hd video recording and android,radio and that would be the best phone ever.

I'm so happy that I got Toshiba TG01 Windows Mobile... I love my capacitive touchscreen on Toshiba TG01 I love even more. more Microsoft! Toshiba TG01

functions this mobile very easily.that is very good

I go to buy it, I have many reasons one of them its taht is 2times powerfull than the other top10 phones whih its 1Ghz its fastter than enyone, and it have all the new twcnology in conectivity and perfotmance, it only have 2 things that i don't like: the camera and the plasticks colors of the phone

Kurt toshiba is better then samsung and htc , when you use this phone, you will know about toshiba TG01 :) and toshiba mobiles is new in market

Hoping to get this 'phone'? Think again.
* Uncomfortable to hold, I also had problems using the blasted thing.
* Windows Mobile, it's unresponsive, 1GHz processor? Big whoop, processor isn't everything, it's about the god, damn, RAM. GET IT RIGHT MANUFACTURERS
* It's big, try putting it in your pocket, it's uncomfortable and fragile, I almost broke the demo version I was shown. If I can't put a phone in a place that's convenient then there's something wrong. I'm not using a bag just to put my phone in.
As I said, think again.

I was really looking forward to this devise but that expectation is dampened now. There are quiet some 1GHz processor smartphones coming to the market soon. The Sony Ericson Xperia 2 ( 4'screen, android os, capacitive screen & 3.5mm audio jack), rumoured HTC Leo ( 4.3'screen, WinMo 6.5,capacitive screen & 3.5mm jack), LG BL40 & Archos andriod phone ( 5' screen). Toshiba didn't do anything about customising the UI, take a look at HTC & Samsung WinMo phone , you would hardly know they are WinMo phones because the the good job done at customizing the UI. I presently use a Nokia E71 and it has a 1500mAH battery but alaso tg01 with a far bigger size has a 1000mAH battery, what crap, and then the lack of a 3.5mm audio jack messes up everything. Rumours say TG02 is scheduled for Q4 2009 maybe Toshiba would have learnt by then. Apple have definitely set the standards high with the Iphone and annual updates.

this phone is nonsense, so what if it got 1 GHz processor? According to reviews its no difference plus its big & ugly so Samsung B7610 OmniaPRO, here i come baby cause right now your the best windows mobile coming out (well not counting some HTC devices)!!! YIPPY!!!

Had a look and a demo of the phone at the weekend and i must say what a load of rubbish
its HUGE and uncomfortable to hold and ugly aswell. Not only that but the OS is slow and at times unresponsive.
Stay away from it trust me

I was hoping that this type of power would settle speed arguments about lag but every report ive read so far says its bad ..I was going to get g910 as its good looker with good spec and had high hopes but its terrible in use..Maybe toshiba need a third party to help them??? Just because you put a big engine in a car it does not make it the best,,its all the other components that come together to make it a good car..
