Tozo is a rapidly growing brand in the mobile accessories market and its earbuds have been getting praise across Amazon for a while now. Enter the Tozo Golden X1 – the company’s most premium Hi-res wireless earbuds with LDAC support and active noise cancelation. The Golden X1, in particular, has amassed a 4.7-star rating on Amazon and we’ve now received our review unit to see if they live up to their claims. Before that here’s a quick unboxing and first impressions.

Golden X1 come in a sleek box which unfolds to reveal the earbuds’ key specs. The box contains the buds, their charging case, a USB-C cable for charging and five pairs of silicone eartips ranging from size S to XXL so you’re bound to find a pair that works well with your ears. X1 Golden are also IPX6 splashproof so you’re good to use them at the gym.

The buds feature a sleek matte black design with short stems. Each earbud packs 12mm dynamic driver covering a wide frequency range from 12Hz to 44.1kHz. Thanks to the LDAC codec support, Golden X1 can stream 24bit/96khz music. They pair over Bluetooth 5.3 to any device and also feature active noise cancelation capable of up to 42 dB.

The charging case has a built-in LED display to show your battery charge and it can charge via USB-C and wirelessly on a Qi-compatible charger. Tozo claims 32 hours of playback with the case which we’ll make sure to test in our full review.

Bought this product after reading all the reading and watching videos with such great ratings. Box came in , eagerly , excitingly open the box and connected to my iPhone 12 Pro Max (IOS 16.5), downloaded and upgrade the firmware, did the hearing test...

hmm i think the craze of tws is happening. many modern phones are starting to remove audio jack, even midrangers are getting involved.

Another mediocre TWS product? The frequency response curve on the packaging alone speaks morr than a thousand words already!
