Ulefone Armor Mini 20T Pro review
Display
The Ulefone Armor Mini 20T Pro has a 4.7-inch IPS LCD screen with 720 x 1,600 pixels resolution and up to 90Hz refresh rate. Despite the ample bezels, the selfie camera is placed inside a punch hole in the screen.
The screen is protected by a Gorilla Glass Victus sheet.
Regarding brightness control, the screen's performance is subpar. The screen offers 527nits of maximum brightness in both manual and automatic mode. The minimum brightness is 20nits, which is the highest we measured so far, unfortunately.
The screen contrast is below 800:1 due to quite bright black levels. The low contrast is easily noticeable if you pay attention to those things.
There are three options for the refresh rate - Dynamic, High and Standard. High is always fixed at 90Hz (except for the incompatible apps), Standard - at 60Hz. The Dynamic one uses 90Hz in most scenarios and dials down to 60Hz for idle screen and video playback.
There is no HDR support for the Ulefone Armor Mini 20T Pro screen.
Battery life
The Ulefone Armor Mini 20T Pro is powered by a large 6,200mAh battery. This capacity is quite promising, and we are hopeful for some long battery life.
The Armor Mini 20T Pro scored 13:50h of Active Use Score. It can last over a day on calls, over 15 hours on web browsing, over 16 hours on video streaming, and 7 and a half hours on gaming. We expected more from a phone with such a small screen and a large battery.
Furthermore, the power draw on standby was quite high - the phone loses about 20% of its battery charge just idling for 12-14 hours at night, even in perfect cellular and Wi-Fi coverage.
Charging speed
The Ulefone Armor Mini 20T Pro supports 33W fast wired charging, and it ships with such a charger in the box. It also supports 15W wireless charging via a proprietary solution (and optional charger), and there is even reverse wireless charging.
When using the bundled charger, the Armor Mini 20T Pro goes from 0% to 31% in 15 mins and to 60% in 30mins. A full charge took 61 minutes, which is good for such a large battery and a 33W charger.
Speaker - loudness and quality
The Ulefone Armor Mini 20T Pro has a single rear-facing loudspeaker.
The speaker scored a Very Good mark on our loudness test. The audio quality, however, is mediocre at best. The vocals are good, but the high-frequency range is lacking, and the bass is minimal.
Use the Playback controls to listen to the phone sample recordings (best use headphones). We measure the average loudness of the speakers in LUFS. A lower absolute value means a louder sound. A look at the frequency response chart will tell you how far off the ideal "0db" flat line is the reproduction of the bass, treble, and mid frequencies. You can add more phones to compare how they differ. The scores and ratings are not comparable with our older loudspeaker test. Learn more about how we test here.

Seems like while being a thick phone similar to the Atom it has a damn good balance as well

Being the entire reason why I think Ulefone puts too much good designs but only into wasted for being too low specs like only 8GB RAM with even less than 50W charging. Armor 23 Ultra is almost the only time when Ulefone finds perfect balance between ...

People (and manufactures) often lose common sense when chasing sales and profits. The battery lasts two and a half days in my use cases. For example, at the time of this writing, I have 32% charge level with 10.5 hours screen time. This is 3rd day si...
