Phone works great aside from the fact mobile data doesn't work unless roaming ?? Not sure how to resolve this

It seems this phone don't have a notification light and active noise cancellation, any body who owns this phone for confirmation on these/ lack thereof functions please.

Watched a full movie on youtube. Only spent 13% battery and the 9P stayed cool. Very impressive. Pure Android. So far so good.
