vivo iQOO Neo appears on TENAA with 4 GB RAM
The vivo iQOO Neo was introduced in the beginning of the month with last year's Snapdragon 845 chipset. It has an affordable price tag and plenty of gaming capabilities like its bigger brother vivo iQOO, but now it is about to get even cheaper. An iQOO Neo version was just certified with 4GB RAM, which is less than the lowest option currently available - 6GB.

Given the coupling of the year-old flagship chipset with even less memory, we could expect the price to drop even further. Currently, the cheapest iQOO Neo is CNY1,798 (about $260/€230), and we can reasonably expect the new version to reach CNY1,500, which is less than €200.
There is also the possibility to introduce the phone in a 4/128 GB combo, keeping the same price tag, but increasing available storage.
The vivo iQOO Neo is currently sold in China as an affordable gaming phone. It still sports all the gaming boosters wrapped under the MultiTurbo moniker and comes with vivo’s dual FlashCharge at 22.5 W. There is also touch acceleration for the digitizer to combat lag while using in-game joysticks.
