This is my daily driver since 2020 and i am thinking of upgrading to Xiaomi 11T Pro or 12 Pro but considering my phone acting smoothly without any problems i am thinking twice.. There has no significant differences from the latest model aside from freaking fast charger and toasty snapdragon chipsets.
I am a fan of the battery of this phone. This can lasts for the entire day or two if you're not gaming at all

But there's another problem that when I try to extend the ram it keeps saying that I have insufficient storage even though I have around 30GB free.
If you can find me a solution with formating my phone
I tried restarting and cleaning but it still it won't accept and keep telling that I have insufficient storage.

Anonymous, 05 Jul 2022I thought i was the only one having this auto restart issue... moreFor everyone who has a Vivo S1 Pro like me that had the auto restart problem due to high volume and running apps & also some have drain battery fast while having restart, it is not due to the update to 12 version
it is youre battery temp sensor diode that is almost dead which is due to usage overtime
You would need to remove it and jumper it for youre S1 Pro to work again like Normal
Mine is good as new again after i removed it and has no side effect
if you dont remove it, the syptoms of restart will worsten, and worst case is that it wont charge anymore even if plugged and would need charge pluged in just to make youre phone working
If you need to see how that goes just watch Youtube videos on it, theres videos out there that demonstrates how to remove the diode at the S1 Pro Battery

My battery get worse after latest update, it draining abnormally, 80% to 40% in just 2 hours, never use my phone when i charge up my phone.
When it comes new update to fixed that problem ?

Observed the official name on the s1pro printed on the back is Vivo camera and music, but mines is Vivo Design by vivo.

Before i update my phone it was perfectly fine and dont have any issue since i bought it, but since i update my system software to android 11 at first i notice that my battery drain fast unlike before and the next days it started to auto restart while i was using my facebook lite, using mobile data, camera, playing videos on high volume and when theres notification sounds it auto restart by itself.
Last night the last app i used was camera and it never open again it stuck on boot loop.

you should hard reset or force reset the phone by pressing volume down and power button at the same time. i faced the problem too now its all fine

my vivo1920 doesnt start at all after the update. what can I do? it stays at its boot screen since then. Im so sad.

I don't know about the others but mine runs perfectly smooth even after updating to android 12. Another thing is that you can even extend your 8gb ram to 12gb with the extended 4gb ram. ( You can check your ram on settings). The only issue I have is regarding the processor, it can't keep up as it is only SD 665, I've experienced a lot of processor bottlenecks, but other than that, the device is awesome.
