Before i update my phone it was perfectly fine and dont have any issue since i bought it, but since i update my system software to android 11 at first i notice that my battery drain fast unlike before and the next days it started to auto restart while i was using my facebook lite, using mobile data, camera, playing videos on high volume and when theres notification sounds it auto restart by itself.
Last night the last app i used was camera and it never open again it stuck on boot loop.

you should hard reset or force reset the phone by pressing volume down and power button at the same time. i faced the problem too now its all fine

my vivo1920 doesnt start at all after the update. what can I do? it stays at its boot screen since then. Im so sad.

Now my phone is dead, it's gone crazy before dead, very sad but now I used my old phone, my old working slow but still live and it's working well 😢

I don't know about the others but mine runs perfectly smooth even after updating to android 12. Another thing is that you can even extend your 8gb ram to 12gb with the extended 4gb ram. ( You can check your ram on settings). The only issue I have is regarding the processor, it can't keep up as it is only SD 665, I've experienced a lot of processor bottlenecks, but other than that, the device is awesome.

I thought i was the only one having this auto restart issue but it seems to be I'm not the only one. very sad knowing that it is because of the update on the phone to android 12. when i place it to the highest volume it will restart and same with highest brightness and when playing a mobile game same it will auto restart. so sad

After upgrading to Android 12, the phone is lagging and dead slow.
Please do not upgrade to Android 12. It is a marketing policy to change your phone.

Got an update for Android 12, now i don't see if my data is enabled AF as they remove the 4g icon beside signal icon. That sucks

Since last system update, phone keeps on restarting. I guess phone could not handle the latest android version. It affects the battery, even when in full battery and charger still in contact it just auto restart. It damages the battery. Bought this unit on 2019 it is excellent until the last update.
