I am using vivo v1 , honestly saying vivo is a good phone working fine without any hangging and heating issues. But still price tags are high compared to other brands with same specifications....Very Nice phone ...

Hi All,
I got VIVO V1 as a gift from my hubby. i have been using this since a month. recently i started facing issues with the phone-
1. while i am on call- phone gets disconnected showing No Network Coverage.
2. Hangs sometime when i disconnect the call.
3. restarts by itself when trying to make a call.
I have taken it to the service center where they rebooted the phone and it was working fine for 5 days but then the same issue again.
I dont want to throw away the phone as its a gift. Please advise what to do.

I have this very strange feeling... after reading some of the posts... found on the opinion section of various Vivo handsets in GSMArena... and I have this ever increasing doubt... that there are a lot of active Vivo sales reps... admitting even they are so... even sometimes providing their vivo official mail ids in various posts... and trying to convince the end consumers... with the illusion that the respective Vivo models are the best handset in their price category.
