my phone got hanged up the screen is been hanged i think what sholu i do

suddenly my phone stopped, screen went blank..then after depessingthe return button a few times it came on.
i thought memory problem, so i cleared my videos .. but then the apps work I could not go into i-manager.
cannot make calls; cannot see contacts; cannot message using the phone. the watsapp shows 54 chats which when deleted still appears on icon.Cannot type on watsapp. only able to use smileys.
plese advice

Good phone I recommend
But some problems I m facing when I use super saver mode Jio network goes to no network don't know what happened ihve reset phone still facing problems but other Sim 2g getting network
Some air operations are not working like next video or previous air motion not working
Smart mute not working
Others I will post if I know
Good battery backup 7 to 8 hours on Jio continue use

Yes,absolutely it is very nice handset. I have 30 games & its internal memory is about full. I have not inserted memory card in it. But it is not hang 0.000001%.

It's a very good phone.I have been using it since 3 months and am satisfied with its performance.I have more than 21 games and still it does not hang.But the only problem I have faced is its battery backup.If anyone has a solution please help...

i have taken vivo v3 phone about 6 montrhs ago , the battery drains out very fast now a days , i use only for calls and nothing more , in messaging i use whats app , thats it . the battery is draining out very fast . any solution ?
