Erique, 07 Jan 2018because it's vivo policy I believe Vivo revised its Android version upgrade policy from 2017 onward. As such any top tier Vivo phone released from 2017 will get at-least 1 version upgrade. V3Max is a phone from 2016 and it did not get any update. My V5 Plus was released in 2017, hence got the update from Android marshmallow to Nougat.

When i dail up to contact someone the phone didnt connect, (the phone show up " call ended"). Can anybody tell me how to solve the problem?.

Inside iManager app, go to settings -> Select Check for new version.
A newer version will be downloaded for Vivo server if exists. Hope it helps.

I have been using this phone for about one year ,so far found Ok. However when I Use earphones I have sensed the volume is very low and calling without the earphone volume is pretty good.
Can anyone suggest, are there any settings or steps to increase the volume on call while using earphones

Why? I think it's due to the copyright protection.
Same theory as you are not allowed to record video in cinema.

Why vivo v3 max cannot screen recording while playing the video. When i play the video then i want to screen recording, immediately the screen recording stopped. But when i try to my GF's phone which is vivo y55, its fine still can screen recording while the video is playing.
Can someone tell me, is it the cons vivo v3 max have or my phone have minor problem?

sasha, 07 Apr 2017Same problem here. Battery drains so fast. And is slower to... moremaybe you can try change the plug or cable...i also face the slower charging problem...after i change the plug then its go back to normal

Since last 1 year using this movie.
Pros:
1. Easy and very fast operation
2. Satisfy with battery life 7-8 hrs with net moderate use.
3. Display OK level.
4. Speaker sound ok
5. Voice clarity good.
6. Charging - really fast.
Cons:
1. Old design,
2. Poor Updation ( I am sure my next mobile shd be other than vivo) Totally I am. Not happy with this mobile. I felt it's kind of cheating.
3. No seperate SD card slot.
4. Non removable battery. Use and throw 📱.
5. Costly spares.

Best phone ever.cheapest phone to get a high quality cellphone specially for gaming. My only question is why vivo v3max is out of stock?
