Hi I am a vivo V5 user,
I have a lot if issues with vivo in terms of the battery drain
I usually do not use my phone quite often and there aren't many files in my system yet the battery drains fast. Yesterday night it was 69% but today morning (without using my phone overnight) it's 50%.This problem has been there from past 4-5months. May I have a solution to this problem please!!!

Guys never never never never buy this phone this is the worst one I have used ever I'm using it from last one month I hate this I mean seriously at this price level MediaTek processor what what the hell is Vivo are you crazy are you mad guys please never make the mistake of buying Vivo v5 it is the worst ever user interface this is the f****** funtouch OS this is the dumb I mean it really sucks the camera quality is not so good as Oppo A57 Oppo A57 is much much much better than this

lekshmi nair, 11 Oct 2017heating problemno heating problem for my device you have to use ur mobile untill the battery drains at less than 5% and start to charge continuously until it reaches to 100% then no problems will be arrive like heating problem and etc etc and battery also give super backup upto 2 days with continue usage

Batery Can Blast while charging? ... moreI usually many use smartphones while charging, the most I found no problem. I was Vivo V5 user, used it for a month, also had many times play game, using internet, chatting, while the phone is being charged, no problem at all.
For incident the battery explode can be happened for fake battery, not original, or defective unit phone. I don't know the phones condition that sold in other countries, but, in my region, I haven't find Vivo phone explode yet.

I regret to buy this vivo v5 since this year january, after 2-3 months, the phone starting got problem, it suddenly shut down itself, and sometime got a little bit lag, and some picture I have been deleted before will restore back to the phone after restart the phone, somehow my ring tone automatically change in setting, the OS System seen like so stable at all. And sometime, the apps cant open until I restart my phone.
I went to vivo centre a few months ago, the problem still not solve and the problem still remain, please do not waste your money to buy this phone, I am already disappointed for this problem and also very angry with this model.
