Rejeesh , 10 Jul 2017Video call does not support without application Since WeChat, LINE, Skype, Viber, are popular than video call by operators. Most users I think would choose one of those applications for video call.

Vivo mobile is the worst mobile i have seen before...because charge drain very fast...so friends dont buy vivo mobiles.

I purchased a Vivo V5 on 9/6/17. I liked everything in this mobile, except 2 things.
1. Battery discharges fast as compared to Samsung. If we watch one movie, then the battery goes from 99% to 30%. So this mobile i wont recommend for a person who travels regularly. Also we cant keep our data ON for 10 hrs continuosly, it drains out battery, Micromax is better than Vivo in this matter.
2. All my contacts have been merged, but with some difference like my hubby's and my brother name is been displayed the same, my boss and my daughter name is been displayed the same etc. I informed the same to the customer care department, as per their instructions i changed my settings, flashed my mobile but again after 1 week, i am facing the same problem.

This phone is very very bad phone... i don't know that why it come to the market... it have very degraded quality hardware.. even nokia 3310 is very far better then this... in terms of build quality and battery life....
..
guys dont spend your money on this phone ..
even these phone don't have their own interface they copied the whole interface from ios and even their design also looks like iphone .. and price is also just like iphone....
..

atleast iphone gives quality products at this price...
and what you give..
its just garbage...
..
all the vivo phones are made of garbages like..
old processor , old ram , old rear camera ... if we compare the vivo phones with the cheapest xiaomi phone , the redmi 4a .. then i am sure that it will perform hundred times better then this garbage phone in just half of the vivo phone's price...
..
..
now if we compare the specs of this vivo phones then it will be equal to a low end android phone worth of INR 5000 Rs. and here just for selfie camera you spend additional 12000 Rs.
..
..
at last i would say that please stay away from this phone..

This is very bad phone in this phone many problems occurs and when I went for replace it the customer care or service man said that this phone can not replace and at that time when I went to buy this mobile they said you will not get a single problem and if come your phone will be replace in 2 min this is so bad phone so I suggest you to never buy this phone or never trust on them

If you want to buy a phone for camera or for voice calling then vivo v5 is better. During call and playing it heats up. there is no video call option. Moreover you will get notifications only for system apps. High cost less quality.. worst phone..

VIVO V5 it has a Super camera,SUPER PERFECT for SELFIE! Super HI-FI sound, Battery Security very good bcoz once it was full charge it will automatically in total shutdown so no over charging.
