I have a using vivo v5 I have a problem I have update my phone bettry life is very sort time plz remove this problem next update over roll phone is good front camera is exelent real cemera is only good after update many problems in my phone

    Raju, 20 May 2017Vivo v5 user tell me it's good battery life r not The battery life is normal. So far I charge my phone around 12 hours - 19 hours or more if I seldom use internet.

Try to do trial and error,such as factory reset, update system, downgrade system. If all things that you can do have you tried but the problem still doesn't fix, ask it or take your phone to Vivo Service Center

My Vivo V5 and the most user from Indonesia, I never hear that problem from their device. My Vivo V5 also doesn't experience music/video stop automatically.

                            I really love my V5. But I have been experiencing some issues now. I can't send messages, can't receive, can't call and can't be contacted. It's not the network issue though. I have signal and all. This is so inconvenient that you have a phone but can't use it to call or text.

I activated data on SIM card 2 (Indosat), with the same position (SIM card 1 is still XL dan SIM card 2 is Indosat), I swiched the the data card from data card SIM 1 to data card SIM 2. The result... I could browse internet, download, YouTube, internet things with data SIM card 2 although the position is still in SIM card 2.

                                        Hlo I'm Arun and using vivo v5. Recently I've updated my v5 and get font option. The fonts are nice but the four fonts are not enough to me, i want to that vivo should add more fonts in next update, I'm not happy with these four fonts
