Today I charge on phone on 14:08 when battery is 21%, fully charged on 17:16.
Everything till now are fine.
Built-in email default can handle only 1 email.

    Around 1 hour more ago, I experienced lag on my phone, the lag was the phone is too late do what I type and do on it, for example scrolling down, scrolling up, typing (the finger had typed but the alphabet is too late appear). So, I clear memory (looks like the phone consumes RAM so much, but it is 4 GB RAM, it should be better I thought or because I activated and made my antivirus app keep running in background).

    How about your experience using Vivo V5 software version 3.3.4 guys?

      Yes, for design is similar with iPhone, I remembered when I was use iPhone 5S. If I'm not mistake, the iPhone 5S when accepting incoming text messages, the iPhone 5S would light up. The Vivo V5 also the same.

        About 1 hour ago my Vivo phone got lag (too late work, when typing, the alphabet was too late appear), scrolling menu also too kate, Facebook scroll down scroll up too late. Look it was consumed much rams, because when I clear memory, it run better again.

        The software version 3.3.4 is like.... the performance not as good as version 3.2.3. That's my opinion. How about you guys? Have you experience software version 3.3.4 on your Vivo phone?

          Right now the touchscreen works too late.

            John, 12 May 2017doesn't support video callI am OK with the condition. Video call can be done by using third party apps like WeChat, Line, Skype, Viber. Video call by operator network had been almost abandoned in my country. Since data access more popular than voice and SMS, the MMS feature, video call operator network feature, slowly but for sure, customers dont use them again. So they prefer data, use WhatsApp, WeChat, Sykpe, Line, for chatting and video call.

So, make sure to do trial and error. Below I post several users said the same problem and the solution Vivo agent answered before take the phone to Vivo Service Center.

                  In software version 3.3.4. I began to charge on 13:57 (battery 21%) and fully charged on 17:44. Almost 3 hours.
                  I remembered when I was use Samsung Galaxy Note II and Huawei P8lite, they took up 3 hours charging time several times.

                    AnonD-668686, 12 May 2017I bought Vivo 5 last march and since then I've observed tha... moreI tested several minutes ago, streaming YouTube listening music more than 8 minutes with Hi-Fi on in YouTube Hi-Fi setting (but I didn't use headphone), my phone connected to Wi-Fi, battery percentage was around 24%, no automatically stop. I also tested, switch on Hi-Fi iMusic in Settings, then played iMusic, no automatically stop too.

                      I had the same problem as you. I just went to Settings-Sounds-Hi-Fi and just turn it off for imusic and video, now I dont have the problem anymore. Hope this would help you.

                        The most I read and see in forum, there is no complaint about music/audio/video stop playing automatically in Indonesia region. So, maybe there is an app on Vivo V5 on other region.

                          I bought Vivo 5 last march and since then I've observed that my music is stopping or keep on pausing and its really inconvenient. Should I surrender the phone for repair? or is there other way to repair it?

                                      The extra accessories come in the box my Vivo V5 is nice. Jelly case for back casing, temper glass applied on the screen. And plus extra goodies (I think this is promo I bought it): ring (applied to the back of the phone), waterproof cover plastic and tongsis.
