My front and back camera suddenly didn't worked is there any troubleshooting tips you can advice aside from going to their center. I already tried restarting my phone but it didn't worked

Sadan, 22 Feb 2017i am purchase this mobile today. i face problem in mobile f... moreMy Vivo V5 works fine, battery performance is OK, can work for around 20 hours from 100% till below 15% normal use. Yes charging maybe long time, not fast charging, but I am OK so far, charging till fully charged from 2 hours 30 minutes till almost 3 hours.

mr.A, 23 Feb 2017which is better vivo v5 or samsung j7 prime ?? I would recommend Vivo, I have used this Vivo for 4 days. So far it is very good. Typing is fast, no lag multitasking, better RAM size and plus point accessories, best full accessories gift box.

I bought this Vivo V5 4 four days ago. So far I am satisfy with the phone. I don't care much about camera, I prefer 4 GB RAM, 32 GB internal memory. The Vivo V5 handles multitasking very well.

i am purchase this mobile today. i face problem in mobile few hour. don't buy this mobile, time and money totally waste. battery discharge in few hours, not fast charging, & heat. i am so Remorse. so plz don't buy this phone.
