My vivo after I updating to new latest version it's suddenly turn switch off and I unable to switch on.. I tried many times and I though no battery but when I connect to charger USB it's show battery still left 50%. Than why it's keep switch off?? Please help to update new version to solve this issue.

My vivo v5 has slowed down suddenly....when I select a number from my contact and try to call that num many times it doesnt show contact name for a long time...only num is seen...then duddenly name appears...same is the case with incoming calls

my vivo v5 mobile is very bad because its charging very slow and no good battery backup but front camera is very good

My vivo v5 has problem when connected to earphones. whenever i try to talk to someone or record something using earphones, the quality is so bad and disturbing. Can you plz tell me what could be done to overcome this problem?
also, sometimes when I try to turn on my phone, it doesnt. the display never shows. for that i have to reboot the phone every time . im so worried. plz help me out.

Vivo is not good mobile it's hanging after buying from 1month and service center in shimoga not cooperating behavior t customer is not good pls think twice before buying it

my vivo shows 4G on the top of the screen, but the only available generation of the phone is 3G what's the problem of the phone. It's expensive, but it doesn't serve its purpose!!!
