Had the V30 with ufs 2.2 and FuntouchOS UI would stutter from time to time which is annoying. The SD 7 Gen3 is decent and hardly the culprit so it is the storage type that causes the lags/stutters. Replaced it with Honor 200 Pro with UFS 3.1 and never ever stuttered. Enough defending UFS 2.2 as it has become tool old in this time and age. It is already 2025 not 2015.

Same hereufs 2.2 has nothing to do with lags or slowdowns.i have much older devices with ufs 2.2 and they all work fine. either your device needs a factory reset to maximize performance agaib or vivo needs to give an update with performance improvements.
if you don't know how ufs speeds affects device perfromance then don't post lies please.
you willnotice big difference between ufs 2.2 and 3.1 or higher only when you open and use big and heavy apps like games loading time. normal apps like facebook insta etc will open just as fast. also big difference will be felt in usb transfers but we have usb 2.0 so that won't make a difference too.
well if u use nothing phone 2a 3a you will see how much software optimisations play a role n the smoothness of the device.
better do a factory reset or report to vivo about device slow downs.
they might improve performance for your device in next update.
before anyone says i am defending vivo, i really don't like vivo much because of how pricey these V series are but they nail one thing here and that's camera. and i like it.
