3rd week. My phone is conncted to wifi. But no access to internet. Other devices can easily connect to internet with the same wifi and its fast. Help.

I bought Vivo 5 lite 3 weeks ago. Overall, the phone works very well. The only problem is
when I watch movies, use youtube, and when I play music on spotify, the music stop automatically. Can someone help me to solve this issue?

I always leave this inside my baggage box and then after my shift when I got it, from 100%, it turns to 89%, maybe it's due to the cold temperature, it drains quickly.

I have this phone for less than a month and this phone really works good . The camera , the screen , the performance surpassed my expectation. and the price is really affordable you can just have an installment for less than 1500 Pesos a month , Sounds good ?

I got this phone a week ago, it has a good performance when it comes to camera, I love the design. However I am very disappointed when it comes to the battery 3000mAh, it drains faster than my J7 2016 when I had it before. Over all it has a good quality it's just the battery.

Camera does not have image stabilization though. So far excellent phone considering its relatively inexpensive cost. Worth the $$$
