Hi Guys,
Someone please help me, what should I do to my Vivo V5 Lite?
The battery lasts for a very short time especially when I'm playing Mobile Legends. estimated time is 3 hrs. to drain.
Is there an apps that will help.
I'm planning to buy a new phone for my mom. I'm planning to buy another Vivo phone but how can I choose Vivo if based on experience with V5 Lite's battery.

Of course it would take that if the screen is kept on, dunno about you but mine is about 2 months old and I'm a heavy youtube watcher. But mine seems fine. Btw if 15% of screen on time is one hour. Further proves my point, it means that you have about 40% by the time you used it in 4 hours. What I noticed in these phone is that besides heavy games, percentage wise it last the same appwise per time given.

For the brightness problem, i've had it as well before i knew that the brightness setting of my phone was set to auto. Also while playing a video from the video pre-installed app on the phone, the brightness changes because the video app itself has it's own brightness setting.
As for the battery, i think it was an okay for me. There are different battery saving options depending on the device's usage. But it would have been better if they put a detailed stat for the battery options to monitor battery usage.
Some apps in the appstore had functions that don't support this phone's chipset. Other than that, the gaming apps i have work just fine.
One doubt i have with this phone is the quality of the videos recorded. The rear cam which is 13mp works just fine when taking pics except that the pictures sometimes tend to be a little bit grainy. But when taking videos, the output is noticeably of lower quality and is pixelated. As for the front cam, it would have been better if there is a focus function. Although it was said in the product spec that the front cam has higher megapix which is 16mp as compared to the rear cam, when i compared the pics taken from the rear and the front camera, it does not have that much of a difference.
Phone has a lot of fun features such as the super screenshot and smart motion. But then it seems to me that some of these features are pretty much useless. It's a good device if you're looking for good aesthetics.
Phone is fast enough for internet browsing and online video streaming.
The hybrid SIM slot is quite inconvenient since you can't have extra storage on your device while having a dual SIM function. Either you have dual SIM without additional storage or you have that extra gig of space and only have one SIM.

I'm a heavy user myself and with a bit of a mix of internet and games, mine can easily break the 4 hour mark with battery to spare at about 35% easily. Although gaming wise its not the best, especially on 2k17 it is very laggy. Real racing 3 there can be hiccups but it is playable, it depends on how many ai racers are present and also the race track. But for casual games it is 10/10

I hate it a lot told the vivo staff about the problem. But they want me to go to vivo center just for check up!! They can't do it!! It's their item anyway.. And it's only for 3days.. I complained a day after I bought it and they asked me to install something.. Yes I did that but the phone still the same goes off so fast.. Like 6hours without even using it. If I use it 2hours will get lobat.. Grrrrr!!! What a waste of money!!

i installed the new system update but after installing it the sim1 slot did not recognize my sun sim. i tried the sun sim in other phone and its working. i tried another sim on my sim slot 1 (globe) and it was detected. what is the problem of my phone. thanks for answering.
