been using this phone for a year and a half . the first 5-6 months , it worked well and great for gaming and multi tasking but since it got updated to the latest version , it becomes laggy sometimes and the battery drains unexpectedly fast . I have no idea whether the update patches make it worse or the phone itself is too old .

my experience with vivo v5s is good..i used this model from last year and still no problem in my handset.

Vivo v5s Performance not even satisfactory, Hang problem, Camra also not good, front & rear both.

This model easily heats up. not so well. I am so frustrated on this phone. I hate it.

bought my v5s in october 2017, was doin well until recently it started to restart every 5-10 minutes if i open many apps or use one app for a long period. i tried to reboot it when it happened but it doesn't stop and happens regularly. is there anybody knows wht should I do?

Lag issue.
Many of my friends experienced lag after the update.
The phone lags when you play games like moba and rpg games. Which wasn't present in the old version.
DO NOT UPDATE THIS YOUR PHONE
OR JUST DON'T BUY THE VIVO V5S IN 2018
•Lag
•Poor back camera quality
•Overheating issues
•Not future proof

On contrary, Vivo V5Plus comes with Snapdragon 625, and is build in latest 14nm fabrication process. As a result SD625 is not only smaller, it consumes much less battery power, produces next to no heat and provides superlative performance with no throttling.
Get the V5Plus.

I am satisfied with the smart features of vivo v5s but I think we need face unlock now it has been a trend to the youth.and one more thing is iTheme we are only supposed to select a minimum themes and wallpapers and it should be changed to maximum other than that it is a excellent phone with more spec and I suggest this phone to all. I hope above mention problems are get corrected in next system update.

I am using this v5s phone. I am facing the serious issues in that phone. 4 times i went the service center but dont get solution. Network related issue ,mic, hanging issue.. I am facing this issue last 7 months but dont get the proper solution ..this is the faltu and cheaper mobile so dont buy this phone
