The only problem about this phone is when it become unresponsive/get stuck, you won't be able to perform a hard reset since you can't remove the battery. another issue is the storage capacity. yeah, we all know that almost half of the storage capacity of this phone's internal memory is consume by the system. but when you fully install an application, and as days go by, you'll notice that it will eat up your storage. the funny thing is that even when you uninstall that application, it will not restore some of your storage capacity. The only way to restore all of it is when you re-format your phone

I gave my v7 to my aunt and she still use it. such a good phone no issue for 6years. But i wont recommend to buy this now, coz the apps and system keeps updating, better to buy new models.

Android Oreo 8.1 and its limitations so far meet my father's needs, no grudges there. His tendency to always open another apps without closing unused ones, I never hear any complaints of performance nor any sudden turn offs or hiccups.
One thing: this phone's selfie has higher megapixels compared to its main camera that corresponds to his selfie habits than main camera usage.
Current local market price for used ones is around $50. Just be remembered it's an Oreo phone so no 5g or nfc or anything fancy.

My father still use it since 2017. Still running like a pro despite of risky habits of overnight charging and battery drains. Problems appear when storage is full. Ads are also annoying. Beyond that, it operates 4 to 5 hours of continuing youtube streams and halfday normal usage. He's not using NFC nor gaming. Also doesnt care for 5g nor any online banking.
Have offered him alternatives these 3 years, still he didnt budge.

I have had this phone wayback 2017. It was a wonderful phone tbh, and I wasn't frustrated, nor will I complain. However, due to many applications updating and with this phone not offered with at least a year of android os, it fell behind optimizations where in you can no longer open or run the apps you used to run. Putting that aside however, I love the camera, the battery life (which is very surprising for a 3000 mAh), the display (despite only being hd plus), and its very snappy performance (for a budget processor). The only real deal here is the lack of updates and optimization for the phone. Currently, I'm using a Samsung a52 5g but I still keep this phone with me for back-up❤️ Vivo truly is a lasting brand😍

i had this phone since 2017 and until now its smooth running, if only the memory is bigger i can still use it as my main phone. My aunt is using it.

I bought this phone on December 26 2017.I am still using this mobile.I haven't seen this heated and get hanged. But, the mobile starts to lag but still no hangs.

im still using this phone ..its screen protection was quit moderate it can broke easily and i dont seen any hang issue after using this phone but while playing gameslike BGMI(PUBG) it start hanging and laging both of them at the same time..and storage is fully fille. while i download heavy appss in this phone...inT
