I have a V7 HP. but now I got problem,I can't update my hp,battery housing,problem,battery Everytime lowbat,can I upgrade the Os and Ram to new model,my.os still noughat,ram version 7.series.Can I know which model my V7 can be upgraded.Tks.

How can i upgrade my device to latest android version or at least higher version than its default.
No update found more than a year now.
Is there any manual process ?
If yes than is it safe?

Lol, the chipset is same as my oppo a3s lol. But I dunno if it plays ml well becuase this has 3gb or 4gb ram

Just replaced the battery, this phone is still okay for 2021. It runs instagram, youtube and facebook just fine. For gaming, it's not very good. Phone becomes very hot when playing heavy games. But for normal usage it still okay. I recommend to use third party launcher like nova because the default launcher drains a lot of battery.
