I'm just getting this phone yesterday as a demo Quenten I use hol day it's NYC with camera and display. but I think price is too high. if it's comes with 18-19 thousand good budget phone but 23thousand it's too high

Looks good not bed, two cameras are on back hope little bit quality of picture will be improved other wise front camera is so called 24 mp actually it is not....
Another drawback is, you can't move apps to sd card in previous models hope this will be the same.
No upgrade is so far available yet, Funtouch OS 4.0 is not very much impressive.
So new one should be under Rs.10,000/- to 15,000/- (PKR) ranges.
