Usually the plus have the best of all 3; the non-pro model is more for non-camera savvy people, the Pro for the middle-rangers coming into flagships with a smaller budget while the PLUS model is for flagship flyers with considerable wallet for it.

Probably because MediaTek is cheaper in cost/performance than Snapdragon is. A lot of phone manufacturers are realising this. MediaTek has really come on in leaps and bounds in the last few years.

Bearless, 18 Nov 2023Oh God, why always mediatek, why not snapdragon. Snapdragon is not particularly promising this year compared to mediatek, being fully defeated by Dimensity 9300. A comeback is expected for 8 gen 4.
Both can eat A17 pro for breakfast though.

The only time that I have taken a photo with zoom higher than 2x was only in order to test the camera lol. On the other hand if we are talking for a 50MP camera even the digital zoom is very much acceptable until 7x-8x or so.
