They finally provided 4K60 in the selfie camera through a new update on OriginOS X100 units, other brands outright need to follow Vivo when their selfie cams are locked to 1080p

Hi All,
I received this phone last week from china , I must Say this is the best phone & worth above it's price,
Specially it's camera is just awesome, portrait shot's are amazing, but only problem im facing in it's origin os is about receiving notifications of all the installed apps
Im getting notifications of Whatsapp only, im not getting the instant notifications of social media apps,
Other wise it's battery performance is very good & i can change my phone from 5% to 100% in just 30 minutes,
& Getting screen on time more then 8 hour's,
Its haptic feedback is very cool, & i love the loudness of it's front & bottom speakers, it's very loud , it's screen is bright but I feel it's brightness same as my old vivo x80 but i feel it's brightness bit more then the x80 on Netflix or YouTube.. overall screen is good.. it's design is beautiful specially i love it's big camera round ..
But only thing i don't like in it is it's theme store in Chinese language because im unable to find the font of my choice yet in it due to Chinese language
But still im enjoying this beast

just saw the camera comparison to galaxy s24 ultra and oppo find x7 ultra by techtablets and this phone literally crushed them in most scenarios. the texture, the detail and the wide satisfying dynamic range coming from this phone's photos and videos across all lenses and in all lighting conditions reminds me of my mirrorless GH5, it's like a dream come true for an indie filmmaker and I really wish this phone goes worldwide...

Vivo bring 4K 60FPS on Selfie.
The latest update for the Vivo X100 Pro finally introduces the option of recording 4K60 video with the selfie camera, alongside several camera improvements. (Image: LL Techview, edited)
Vivo may not offer 7 years of updates like the Samsung Galaxy S24 series, but users do get important new features as updates, as version 14.0.14.6 of OriginOS on the Chinese models of the Vivo X100 Pro recently proved. One of the biggest limitations compared to the competition has finally been removed!

Confirmed latest update allows front facing camera to record UP to 4k 60fps.
Its great as the front facing camera has quite wide 20mm lense to allow group discussions/family calls to fit in more people

Impressive hardware. I am curious if someone can check if you can install Open Camera and see if all lenses work? I know it has good camera already, but just curious because I like Open Camera. Thank you.
Also, how about Android OS updates? What is Vivos plan? Thanks.

Giztop only has the Chinese variant with OriginOS, and Android Auto would not work on it.

Hi everyone. Does anyone know if you buy the Chinese version from gizstop with the Google services installed, will it work in the UK with all Google apps including android auto? I was told android auto doesn't work on Chinese versions of phones.
