Have they cheapen out on the display or is it a software bug? The refresh rate doesn't go below 30hz idle in any refresh mode

It's been AGEEES, where's the review? GSMArena reviews are great because they are so exhaustive, would love to see this and the new Vivo Fold reviews out!

Anonymous, 21 Jun 2024Why would you intentionally use the worst possible zoom lev... morePerhaps because its actually the best zoom level for me instead and not the worst?
3x is perfect for most shots and far more usable than 5x or 4x, what is your argument about it being the worst?

I am a power user, have UHD and 120hz on all the time, take a lot of pics, videos and do my fair share of internet browsing while having the screen brightness within the upper half. So far I've always gotten through the day with battery to spare, so the battery drain is more of a paper spec complain rather than real life problem

I think the battery problem is not actually a global problem... depends of the camera use....
if you are using the zoom a lot... changing to several zoom ranges or taking a lot of photos... the battery will drop faster.. but i think that you are not using the camera and your use is not so high.... could be more close to 2 days duration than to a just 80% of my day. I have using camera a lot and i think that using my x80 pro the same time with the camera i dont feel that the battery is going down so fast.... then try avoiding to use the camera (even clean the memory to assure that you are not using at all) for one day... and tell me if in that case you are not confortable with the battery duration

People do not care about battery as long it last one (very) hard day, and it lasts. A close friend of mine has it and he forced it to the limits.
Do not care also about the cpu it wears. Besides probably AI capabilities of gen 4, it is not possible to notice any differences.
From real life photo samples I've seen it must be the best phone all around in this area.
Only the fingerprint (area) is downgrade from the Predecessor X90 pro plus which I own and it is fantastic.

lemonade747, 10 May 2024If the battery will be draining as hell like the X90Pro+ or... moreYes, it is happening. A lot of people are complaining about the battery life but reviewers aren't saying much.

And in this video you'll see vivo drains 7%(5500mah battery) while samsung only drains 4%(5000mah) - Start checking battery from 1.02

Something I've noticed on mine (granted, 120v mains) is that it will run up to 80w at first when charging with super fast enabled, but it very much fluctuates with the temp of the phone, dropping down to its regular speed of 40w pretty quickly. Also if you use the phone while it's on the charger it cuts down into the 20s.
