I don't know who will find this information usefull, but they added android auto in the chinese version of this phone. Apparently, you can enable it natively on settings now

The Global retail price in the PH is US$ 1200 which is for the 16gb/512gb variant compared to S24U which retails at US$ 1465 for the 12gb/256gb variant. India is not the center of the universe.
