The camera was "very far" better at vivo x60, the only aspect poco f3 win was the battery life, even x60 single speaker was louder when u're playing pubg and the others was....MEH.

i bought this phone and finally upgraded from the honor 9 lite. so far i havent been disappointed with anything much. Camera's are actually excellent for the class. the video stabilization is very good. in terms of performance i do notice some heating but it's definitely not too much. the fast charging is insane for 33w but i barely use it because of it's long battery life. the screen is fluid and smooth, however many apps switch to 60hz when using "smart switch." overall i am very happy with device. If you are worried about performance or the build quality don't worry. the speakers might be mono but they are pretty loud and they almost create a stereoscopic effect.

If you want better upgrade support go for OnePlus 9R.
Also OnePlus 9 series heat up much more than the vivo X60 series....so if you want a gaming phone go for Vivo or iqoo.
OnePlus 9R should get 3 OS upgrades though while X60 will get 2....it remains to be seen if Vivo will give 3rd OS upgrade.

The lack of a few features like stereo speakers, IP rating, and wireless charging could be deal breakers though.
