i tested vivo x70 pro camera side by side with my old huawei mate 20 pro.
both look very sharp image, vivo image looks brighter, meanwhile huawei looks richer in color. after checking the specs from gsmarena, noticed both using same aperture f1.8 but obviously vivo looks brighter.
feel like my huawei mate 20 pro still can last for another 1 or 2 years.

For 1100 SGD you get mono speaker. Ridiculous. At least put a hybrid one! And the chipset is only DM1200, downgraded from previous SD870.

The Android 12 update has so many bugs that came with it I can't even use the phone properly the battery drained very quickly and the charging time got increased. The camera app also got really slow. Overall the Android 12 update is the worst I just got it booted back to the previous version. I think the best option available is this.

At first, the quality of pics sucked as there was lot of noise. It has gotten way better with updates. The clarity has improved substantially as there is a lot of difference. There is no noise in the pics. The only module I'm not impressed with is the periscope. Maybe the phone you checked out wasn't updated.

When i purchased phone..it was operating smoothly..
After the latest update came in last month as i updated phone..it start lagging very badly...
I request you to release an update which will help every x70 pro users

After seeing the camera comparison here (and trying it at the store) I can't believe this thing is marketed for its camera.
It is not good... what is wrong here? Am I missing something?

I am using vivo x70 pro . I am facing lagging problem in portrait mode and calling interface after update of Android 12. Please resolve my problem. And also today I am facing screen blinking issue

I think most phones tele photo lens is a gimmic. Basically a cropped version of the main camera and oversampled. I'm not sure about X70 pro but someone can crop the main picture to 12 or 8mp and compare the results to confirm whether there is any noticeable difference at all!

Vivo really needs to improve the zoom quality performance. The zoomed pics are pathetic. The zoom quality deteriorates so much even in very minimal cloudy light. My old phone with a telephoto lens captured way better zoomed shots than this periscope lens. I hope they provide an update but I have lost hope as they have completely ignored X70 pro.

Divya, 17 Feb 2022Even I am facing battery issue after update, also apps are ... moreabout battery have no issue, even i my phone when charging it never heat up, except using camera battery drain more and overheating, not sure why. About app auto close im having that issue too but it only happen if i turn screen off. Overall been using 3 months still doing good then Samsung exynos keep overheating.
