I think your phone become unresponsive sometime since your already using big size apps and consuming your ram or might got your phone storage full..(only an opinion)

This is the BEST BUDGET phone in the market in my opinion no bias because me and my dad compared it to other brands, vivo has good camera, a long lasting battery and lastly good for gaming like COD and ML
