never ever buy phone with internal memory of 4gb , its useless after 1 week, waste of money

Everything was fine until I discovered that the system space is always full. I only had installed 3 apps but it stated only 244mb space left. Where the heck did my other 2 gb go?

I'm using a Y22 vivo phone.I'm at first satisfied with its quality of touching sensor, graphical ability, resolution, internet speed and battery duration. However, using a few days later, it shows me out of memory space whenever I try to update preinstalled applications. I have tried anyway in setting, install location, and default storage location. But it is useless. So, I'd like to advice you to think over twice before purchasing the weird Y22 phone.

Bought my phone and after one month using it, it doesnt turn on anymore. I plug it to charge and theres only a Black screen that opens up.
Does anyone know how to reset it somehow?

It was switched off for low battery and after charging for about 2hours,,switched on,stucked at the VIVO background and can't open
